Judo is an excellent physical workout that increases stamina and helps to improve one's mental sharpness.  Our workouts strive to build mental and physical toughness, improve concentration and physical endurance.

It is a great activity to get a good cardiovascular workout that increases stamina and physical conditioning.

It also helps to build strength, endurance, foot work and agility.

Judo is a used to cross train for wrestling, soccer, football and other types of contact sports.

Learn to feel good, judo builds confidence and self-esteem.

Learn to defend yourself.  Learn techniques that can make the difference.  Become more mentally and physically prepared to handle difficult conditions.

Improves skills for problem solving.  Promotes team work and friendship.
